UViprim MS
UV drying ink designed for PVC self-adhesive printing, rigid PVC, polystyrene, treated polyester and polycarbonate. NVP FREE.
The UVprim MS ink is used at a standard viscosity or slightly diluted with mesh in the screen mesh 150 to 180 fibres/cm.
Polymerization
Covering white is used alone as a white ink, whereas the thinner white can be mixed with other colours in a proportion of 10% to 20% to obtain the correct opacity.
Fusion temperature speeds depend on the thickness deposited, the colour and the type of substrate, the type and the number of lamps.
The colours polymerize between 10 and 20 m/min under a 120 W/cm lamp. The tints containing white, like grey cross-link more slowly.
Faced with the variety of plastic substrates, a trial is crucial before going into production.
