Traceability is critical in every sector of activity. Industry is no exception to this rule. Production machinery, the tools… are identified.
The materials used for the manufacture of these plates are generally metallic. The print includes fixed elements (logo, brand, contact information) and variable elements. The fixed elements are screen-printed. The print must meet specific requirements: legibility, resistance and durability.
The series of Tiflex inks used are Urethal and Epoxy EV with 2 components (curing improves their performance) and XF 260 Vinyl (must be cured).
Epoxy EV ink will be reserved for identifying materials used indoors.
We recommend conducting confirmation tests under workshop conditions.
