Flash cure
Screen printing flash cure : equipment for pre-drying screen-printed plastisol inks.
The screen printing flash cure is an intermediate dryer for textile screen printing inks. It is equipped with short-wave infrared emitters for drying and an air jet cooling system for the print and the ink film.
The start of each cycle is controlled by a rod switch that detects the presence of the basket under the machine.
For delicate textiles, a cooling function limits the temperature rise during drying.
Flash cure can be adapted on automatic MHM carrousels. In this configuration, it comes with 2 guides and no base. It is manufactured in compliance with the NFC 20-30 directive.
