Market needs
Signage informs, guides and orients movement in public areas (in particular road networks and cities), semi-public areas (hospitals, shopping centres, museums, libraries, etc.) and private areas (e.g. companies). There are many different aspects involved in the production of signage: plastic panels, wood, metal, tarpaulins, fabric, lighting, back-lighting. Three materials are especially used: rigid PVC (Forex®, Foamalux®, Komacell® and Simopor®), PMMA (Plexiglas® and Altuglas®) and treated polypropylene (Akilux®).
